Temp 99.4

Hello everyone my 2 ww will be coming to an end soon. I was wondering....I am 12dpo or 11dpo I think. Anyways I had a temp of 99.4 today which is unusual for me normally around this time I am 98.1 and then it goes down right before AF. Could this high temp mean good luck? Or am I getting a cold:( Any idea's?

Oh, Jenny I am so sorry.  Big cyber hugs!!!   I know that even though we try not to hope, hope we do.  Then when the dreaded BFN shows up, it can be so devastating!  I'm really very sorry.

I haven't POAS yet.  I'm not going to.  I'm waiting until Tuesday when AF is due.  If she doesn't show, then maybe Wed. am I'll test.  Remember, ashort didnt get her bfp until 18 dpo, and another friend of mine tested on 12dpo, got bfn, then at 14 days went for b/w and got bfp.  So all hope isn't lost yet.

Hi Jenny,

We are on exactly the same cd.  I have also had temps in the 99's nearly this entire  2ww.  I've also not been feeling well. So, I don't know if it's a bug that I have or not.  Basically if your temps stay high for 18 days post o and no AF then that indicates you're most likely pregnant.  But, with one high temp., there is really no way to determine the cause.  I hope it stays high!

it certainly could be good luck!  Unfortunately...there's no way to tell for sure unless you see a consistent pattern.  My understanding is that some women have a triphasic chart when monitoring bbt's (only if pregnancy occurs), but not all women who achieve pregnancy have a triphasic chart.  So, it's possible you are, but on the other hand viral infections seem to be running rampant this time of year.  when are you due for AF?  Good luck...i'm about to enter into yet another 2ww.
