4 more days of the 2ww

The title says it all...I am going crazy with the wait. I flip back and forth between "OMG this is it. we will be parents after 5 years of ttc" and "Who am I kidding, we will never get pg"  I feel like a basket case.

DH does his best to calm me but he is just as anxious.  

Help me get through these 4 days ladies...

omg, I'm in the 2ww too.  I take beta on 6/26.  I am dying!!!  I was so positive in first week but now I'm lost.  I can't sleep. On a last minute impulse I drove 5 hours to visit my mom on her horse ranch to bond with kittens and animals and just feel like I'm bonding with nature.  I am uncontrollably ADD right now and think I'm going to get my first bad grade in my grad school class (why didn't people tell me you can't work and go to grad school during all this??? - I had NO idea!)  I also was trying so hard not to WANT it so bad to avoid the let-down process, but you know, that's just impossible.  Once you go through all this IVF stuff, and the hope is instilled, you just can't help but go baby crazy.  ugh!  The only time I didnt' think about it was when I ran into relatives in need and started worrying about how I could help them instead of "am I" or "am I not?"  I'm thinking a rental of an entire season of a tv show is going to have to do and to book myself up with friends.  5 more days!  Good luck to you kele... I hope you find what calms you- I still haven't!  haha!  So darn excited!  Also thinking... is conceiving ourself my purpose or is there a foster child or an orphan that needs me to take them???  Is my purpose going to be to save other people's kids or be the best teacher I can be.  whatever happens, I want to make the best of it.

Target is always good for an hour or two and a few hundred bucks!

Hmmmm....I would say drink a couple glasses of wine, but I guess that isn't such a good idea.  

Instead, go shopping (DH can't complain), get a mani/pedi and a massage. Rent the movie Roots...that should take about 4 days to watch!!!

lol...right now even my cleaning is haphazard. I have about 9 things going on and every 10 minutes I stop to read a book. I was think a movie would be a good idea though, maybe then I could fall asleep.

I know I can do it too...but each day feels like a year.  Today I have off from work and I am bustling around cleaning and keeping busy.
