well thats cool you're a personal trainer so what would u say is the best way to get the excess off my waist? my bmi is around 22-23 but my waist according is a few inches more than it should be and its driving me crazy lol!! i look fine when im standing but i sit theres all this fat everywhere. i need something easy to do crunches just make my back and neck hurt. Do u think this BMI is good for TTC or do i need to get it lower? Well i am TTC but im not taking any meds except herbal remedies havent gone to the doc yet but i have gained all my weight since not working and let me 2 yrs of sitting on ur duff makes u gain a few.
Ive been a certified personal trainer for years and I have to tell you.. they are really just water flushes. It would be nice if they got rid of fat too, but its more water bloat than anything. I recently watched an entire show on Discovery Health about the new "detox" & "Flushing" diets, and they simply don't work.
I know from experience that if you only eat organic raw fruits& veggies and brown rice for a week you will feel awesome and get rid of excess water.
(But im not gonna tell you what to do because I have gained MUCHO weight since I started TTC.. im no hypocrite)
