Treatment for PCOS

What vitamins could I take to help me treat PCOS? I havent had my cycle for approx 9 months and Im trying to conceive. I want to try to bring my cycle back. But what vitamins can I take?

Check your vitamin D level, if low, take vit D. Also, inositol helps increase insulin sensitivity. Acetyl L-Carnitine pushes energy into cells. Co-Q10 and fish oils helps reduce inflammation.  You probably need all of them together with acupuncture for 3-4 months in order to see effects.  But it works!  Good luck!

You'll most likely need to see your doctor as they can prescribe something to help start your periods, I don't think vitamins are going to help pcos.
