HI there ...
I usually o on cycle day 12 - so we start bding 3 days before every day and 3 days after then every other day until AF, BFP, or I've had enough LOL!
So if it were me I'd start bding on cd11and continue thereafter.
Your body can do crazy things after a m/c, so it really is just wait and see.
Talk to ya later...
we are abstaining for BD'n right now...hopefully his swimmers will be strong....hopefully
i have no idea what to expect this time around...i should be getting my fertile CM (supplement) today so i can start taking that and im drinking 2 cups of green tea
and its just the waiting game....and i know from here everything is the waiting game...so i have to get used to this waiting
heck i wont even begin to test til may 9...since i have no idea how long my cycles are...i have no idea when i would actually be considered late ... *** :/ sigh
I would do it at least once now because you want his swimmers to be fresh.. you want to get rid of the old ones that may be dying and could cause a problem...
Hi waitn! I think your cycles will probably be close to your normal lenght this month. The reason it is longer right after the miscarriage is because you have to wait for the HCG to come back down before you ovulate. I have heard some women whose cycles changed after a miscarriage, but I think for most of us, it regulates itself pretty quickly after you've had your first period.
I also agree with 110279hld that it's a good idea to BD now. Abstaining for a few days before O can be a good thing, but you don't want to wait too long between each time. Do you usually O on CD 14? If so, I would BD tonight or tomorrow and THEN stop until you get a positive OPK.
Best of luck!
i used to O early but nothing so far...no pains, increased CM or anything indicating O
Im estimating anytime between CD13-CD17 will be my O period...i guess ill BD tonight and then every other day and hope we catch O
thanks for the luck
best of luck to you too
I agree. I wouldn't abstain completely. Sperm replenish fairly quick if there is no s/a issue. Right now, every other day is good. Then when you think its getting close to o, every day. Even though the written word is-Sperm can live up to 5 days, it rarely happens. It is ideal to have fresh ones every other day. That is more than enough time for normal production to have replenished the "troops".
Most women do get back to a fairly normal cycle within a few months. It's been a little over a yr for me and I'm still off. I did have a cyst that really screwed things up, too though.
I hope it happens soon for you!
thanks for the input....im going to start getting on with my BD'n....gosh im so excited but i feel an emotional swirl coming on...my emotions are about to go all over the place
best of luck to you this cycle....im praying for you :)
