Why do I torture myself???
Today is day 6 after a 3 day transfer. We transferred 2 embroys & I did a pregancy test which came up negative. WHY DID I DO IT??? They specifically say not to do too. I am hoping it's just too early to tell. What do you guys think?
It is definitely too early I think. Hang in there and wait till the beta.

I'm a day ahead of ya. 7dp 3dt. I tested on day5,,just for kicks. and I say IF IT RELIEVES THE STRESS,,,THEN TEST YOUR LIL HEART OUT!!!! lol. I think its too stressful NOT to test. SO if you feel the need to test..go nuts, we all know deep down that we're wishful and that the right time is the Beta Time. I'm still testing on the 13, which will be my 9dpt date, testing never hurt anyone. Realistically,we cant be disapointed too much when we know that we're testing earlier than we're suppose to. I just tell myself when its negative that its "not possative YET" ;)

do you know what your progesterone level is? They called me again today & told me to increase it again. My Head is pounding (headache)...I am not sure if it's just too low or because they see something else that they won't tell me (other #'s) & want me to increase it.
Well, guess what I did? I did the same thing! And guess what, I got a First Response, but I was an idiot and did NOT get the early result one! I got a "rapid result" one that shows your result in "less than a minute" WTH!!! I could care less if I know in less than a minute or three minutes! Anyway, it is suppose to be used on THE DAY of your period or the day after. UGH. It isn't the most sensitive kind. I'm so stupid. Serves me right, and, yes, it was negative. DUH. If I test again, it won't be until Tuesday...day before my beta.

No idea what my levels are at. I had the headaches tho for the first few days....and then they were randomly kicking in and then gone again. What kids of Progesterone are u doing?

I am on injection 1ml & 3 inserts a day. They said my level is around 17.
They also increased my estracce to 4 tablets a day instead of 2.
I am not sure if it good or bad that maybe my body is not producing what it needs to??

I told you HPT were EVIL!!!!! they are hardly right!!! You have to wait sweetie.... WAIT!!!!
I got TERRIBLE headaches right before I got my BFP, so maybe that's a sign??!!?? I don't think they over told me what my Progesterone levels were so I can't help you there.... sending you lots of baby dust!!!!
Susan I am hoping you are right. Although aside from the headaches I felt totally normal today so it makes me second guess myself.
Mariana....they are evil. LOL Although I did know it's only 6 days so I only half expected a miracle. Just dreading going thru the whole thing again since they were unable to freeze any of my eggs.
I am thankful that I have such a cute black lab that licks me constantly & even though I don't enjoy it....it makes me smile.

Your pretty much on the same dose as I am. I do 2 prometriums 3x's a day intravaginally,, And One Prometrium Orally 2x's a day,,,,And 2 Estrace pills twice a day.

So, is the day of transfer considered day 1? So for me, my 5 day transfer was on Monday. Am I 4 days past 5 day transfer? Or 5 days past 5 day transfer?
I would consider today (fridy) day four for you because you need to count 24 hr periods & not days. Do you agree with the way I count?? LOL

Bit about me = I already have 4 children, all conceived the normal way *though now I question what is normal, lol! This was our first time doing IVF with a 5 day blastocyst transfer for PGD. My transfer day was 12-5 and I'm 38. Out of 11, we ended up with 2 XY to transfer and nothing to freeze (disturbing to us was that 3 would have been special needs babies :( ). We want twins so it seemed perfect :)
Now, I KNOW NOT to take the damn HPT, but I did anyway. The first one was negative, but 2 hours later it was positive, go figure! Second test = same results. WTH!!!??? I know they say to disregard after 10 mins, but for it to eventually change to positive??
Now each of my 4 "regular" pregnancies, the HPT all went positive right off the bat. I'm going nuts with the negative results!!! I don't wanna wait! I have my blood test on Monday which will be day 9 and given the fact that I've pretty much been "feeling" pregnant; slight waves of nausea, uterine lining thickening (though I now read that is from the progesterone gel) and cramps.
I know I am not alone, but I just want to know that my boys could still be there.

You are soo lucky to have been able to conceive 4 boys already. I am trying for my first & have to do IVF because of a clogged tube. I am 37.
I also am feeling the cramping & this morning was feeling it more intensely while laying in bed. It's day 7 for us because we must have had our transfer on the same day.
Let's pray we have baby dust.......What a wonderful Christmas it would be!!!

Actually, I have 1 boy, 3 girls (1 boy, 1 girl = first marriage) Hubby and I have 2 girls and the name dies with him otherwise. He always wanted a son, got 2 daughters. I wanted a big family, but due to thyroid removal and a scarred tube myself, there's no chance we were getting more on our own. Funny, even though I have 4 (aged 20 - 4) these 2 boys have become my obsession for 4 1/2 years now!
So the 2 year old in my brain told me to take another test this morning, so I did. No 2nd line after a min, so I went back to bed. 2 hours later, there is definitely a second line, but I'm not going to be too hopeful until bt on Monday.
I'm still cramping too, but my nurse said that was due to the progesterone and was perfectly normal. UGH.
My downside is, I can't tell anyone cuz family thought we were nuts w/ 4 and we basically told everyone I'm broken and can't have anymore. Financially, we're OK for more, but family still thinks we're nuts, so we're not telling.
We are happy we did PDG, now we know having more naturally might have been bad.

OK, ladies, I just re-read your posts (yes, I'm obsessing!!!) and I realized you both did 3DT's. I did a 5, so I am hoping that is why my tests are still negative. Whew, I'm reading 3DTs result in quicker returns.

So excited.........It's day 8 since transfer & got my First Postive today on HPT.
I will do again tomorrow but right now am alittle more optemistic but understand it can still go either way. YIPEE!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, so when they tell you to wait 9 days after a 5dt, you HAVE to wait!!!! As of 6 AM this morning, I finally have 2 lines!!!!!!! :)

I got positive again today. I could not sleep at all last night. I was having pain in between my boobs like shooting thru to the back...in that area. (boobs didn't hurt) I am not sure if what is where you get heartburn???? I was drink 7up at 3am. UGH!!
