need suggestions pretty please!

So my blood work just came back and this FET didn't work and the nurse gave me options.  She said we could go for our third cycle right away that would take 7/8 weeks to prepare again or we could take time off.  Really I want to take time off again but I need advice.  What good products are out there to help with ovulation indication and which are reliable?  Also I am up for any suggestions!!  I am trying to keep positive and in my heart I know one day I will have another child! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated that my help us try on our own again!!!

I have had 3 successful FETs = 5 babies total
and two succressful FETs where I miscarried
I say if you have more frozen do it now
If not, I suggest adoptinf frozen embies - it is such a gift to give them life!

Baby aspirin shouldn't do harm, but not more than that.  That's why tylenol is recommended for pregnant women only.  Heard of rasberry leaf to prevent miscarriage?  Also, lobelia and false unicorn root together?

Evening primrose oil helps with mucous but want to stop during ovulation because it may make it harder to implant.  Also, stay away from the baby aspirin during ovulation for the same reason.

Although I just recently am going thru m/c & was not lucky enough to have any FE. We will try again.
I have a friend who has a child from fresh & has failed on three FET.  She feels it's a waste of money & fresh is the best.  I don't have any opinion on it since I am not in that situation. I would see what the percentage of success is with fresh/vs frozen before you put anymore money into it.  I wish you the best of luck.

Thanks for your comments! Actually...our problem before was we could get pregnant but I couldn't stay pregnant.  Now all of a sudden we can't even get pregnant!! Thank you for the tips!!  I will get started right away using them! Good luck and thank you once again!!

LOL - forgot to mention.. some claim that the bromelain found in pineapple core is helpful with implantation.  I actually ate TWO pineapple cores around O time this month so I will let you know how it works out.  (PS the pineapple core wasnt half bad!)

Hi Nikki - I am so sorry to hear that this wasnt the month for you. Frustrating and disappointing, huh?

What has worked for us ( I can GET pregnant, I just cant STAY pregnant) is the following:

Charting BBTs and using cheapie OPKs bought online
Baby aspirin - not sure if it really works, but my doc said it wont hurt
Using PreSeed to replace cervical mucus, as I dont have much.
