Worried and confused

I'm 10weeks post miscarriage and have not yet had a period. I have some symptoms like I did with the pregnancy I lost (cramping, tired, sore boobs, more hungry and feel sick if I wait to long to eat) about 3/4 weeks ago I had a spot of blood when I wiped after going to the bathroom and then it went to pink it stopped that day, but I have had 2 blood work pregnancy test in the last 2 weeks and both have come back negative.
My doctor has given me progesterone to take to reset my period but I'm scared to take it as I have heard and know some people that were told they had a negative test but found out to be pregnant and things that I read on these tablets say not to take whilst pregnant.
I'm so confused and my mind is going crazy anyone else had this????

Thank u so much. I'm waiting on a new doctor as the one I have doesn't give a lot of answers that's why I started looking at other ways.

HI,
With 2 negative blood tests for pregnancy the chances of pregnancy are less. If you are apprehensive then you can get an ultrasound scan done. Progesterone will help regulate your cycles. Also progesterone will not affect an inadvertent pregnancy. Discuss with your Doctor. Hope this helps.
