Hello ladies.. Today I started giving myself injections of Lupron. I was wondering if there are women that are starting IVF injections or could give me any advice. I had 2 tubal pregnancies and had both of my tubes removed.

Well my ET is tomorrow. We're SUPER excited! we're planning to put 2 back...but lets see tomorrow what happens when we tell the ER, at the beginning he tried to talk me into outting only 1, since we will have a higher chance of having twins, but at the end he said it was up to us... I just want to have a baby, but 2 will also be a blessing ;) I'll let you know how it goes!

Hello ladies! I got ET last week (1-18-11) and now on my 6th day.... Sleepy all the time, hungry... And picky sometimes.... My beta will on the 28th,,,, 4 days to go!!!!! Really excited!!!!!

This is my third cycle, my ET was yesterday on my 12th yr anniversary. We had all 4 survivng 3d embryos put back in. Hopefullly we will not have another heartbreak again, for all of us. Did anyone do the menopur and follistim? that is always my regime with the lupron. Our EDD is Oct 12, if everything turns our right.

I know that was an experience!!! Going through those different emotions.. Good luck again on next week!!! I'm counting down my days and i am sooo excited!!!!

I was extremely emotional and irrational with mood swings like a crazy person while on Lupron. I was also starving all the time. Luckily, your not on it too long!

LOL... I have been really hungry and wanting to eat a lot. I try to pick up fruit or something healthy. Good luck to you to!!!!! SSBD!!!!!!
You had bad side effects from the Lupron? What kind of side effects did you have? My predicted transfer date is between Jan 31-Feb 2.

Well I don't know if this was a side effect but I was really hungry all the time!! I was eating like crazy! which I'm not usually like that..I'm still on the lupron but only 10 units, and the appetite is gotten better (thank God) I'll start the Gonal F today :) Good luck to you!

DId you have any side effects from the Lupron?? I am gonna stop taking birth control on the 10th so that I will get menses before my baseline appt, which is on the 17th...
Heyy I'm in lupron too! Today is my 11th day, so I decreased the dose to "10 units". I got my menses today so I need to go for a "day 3 baseline test" on Thursday and I think I'll be starting the Gonal F injections Friday ( I think)...lets keep in touch Jan IVFrs!! Good luck to all!
That depends on whether it's a 3-day or 5-day transfer. Mine was a 5-day, and I had my pregnancy test scheduled 10 days after transfer...which seems to be pretty common.

Today is my second day of Lupron also. Yes we will get good news!!! And I know that GOD is with us every step of the way. Everything happens for a reason... SSBD!!!!!!
Thank you so much.... That makes me feel a lot better to talk to someone that has been through what I am going through. I do have a question, after they transfer the embies, how long do I have to wait to find out if the transfer was successful?
Today is my IInd day of Lupron. I am waiting for my menses.We will get good news this month. Don't worry God with us.
