alcohol use before hpt

So dh and i had our fet 10/02 and (this is our 3rd and final try) the first 2 times we were very paranoid about drinking and such cause of the possibility of pregnancy.
This time we did our usual routine, last weekend we went out had some fun and drinks, today, I take a hpt and its positive.
Should I be worried about that weekend of booze???

I never expected this to actually work??? Now I feel horrible and guilty.

Don't worry about it. A lot of women have had a drink or two before realizing their pregnant.  But I wouldn't have anymore now as I'm sure you know. Best of luck.

Don't feel horrible. As long as you quit as soon as you know there should be no harm.  One thing I will tell you...With dd, they told me I did not have a viable fetus and needed a D&C. Now that was a week of HEAVILY drinking.. come to find out a new u/s the day of the D&C there was the NEW baby in the uterus, uggh and I went to the D&C hungover :( EEEEEK.  Perfectly healthy daughter. (of course I worried)

I don't think you should feel guilty. I also got my bfp on Sept 27 and I went out for some drinks on the 25th. As long as you don't drink after you know you're pregnant. Before you find out you're pregnant, the embryo may not have even implanted yet..if it did, it barely just implanted. I don't think the alcohol makes an impact that early as long as you stop now that the most important stage of its development has begun. Don't stress about it..I'm sure everything's fine.  :)
