hey Berth, always good to find someone out there with thesame condition.so what is your next move? i'm still waiting for the results of my 3cd.i have decided that weather the test came in good or bad,i'll only try in june.in mean time,i will embark on geritol, some chinese herbs and accupuncture.come june,i'll try again.if i still get a poor response,i'll then start thinking of the next step.let me know what you're up to.do you have anything in mind we can try?

Thanks alot Heather,i will be having my hands crossed for you too. They usually says the last try is always the magic.who knows, this might just be your month.

As for me,even if the results come back ok,i will not try another cycle till june.i want to stay off this thing for awile or i'll get too frustrated.for the meantime,i am taking geritol ,doing accupuncture and hopefully by june,my system will be all fine. i will definately update you on the cd3 results.they said it was going to take up to 2wks.lemme know how DH SA turned out. Many baby dust to you Heather and please be strong

Well,I'll be crossing my fingers for you, fif! Let's hope the results come back in the normal range!

As for not responding well, I have read somewhere that lupron can be an issue for some women. Did you use that last time? It seems to be the most common protocol, but I guess since lupron suppresses ovulation, it can sometimes also interfere with follicle growth...or something like that. I'm sooo not familar with this, and I'm only basing this on something I read a while back, but it might be worth looking into. Maybe you could ask your RE about an IVF protocol with either a low-dose or no lupron. Just a thought...

I might also be moving on to IVF. I have this month "off" while we decide whether or not to try a full injectable/IUI cycle or IVF next. My DH had a SA done today, and once we get the results back, we'll have to sit down and discuss where to go next. In the meantime, I'm CD9 today in a natural cycle, and will probably be doing OPKs starting tomorrow. So we'll have one last "natural" shot at it before making the big decision ;-)

Take care, fifi, and let me know how things go...

Heather :-)

hey heather, happy new year to you too.how are you doing? i have been awol for awile.just trying to calm down and figure what's up with me.

sorry, yes i meant premature ovarian failure.i was thinking that because i am not responding to the ivf meds and that could be one of the reasons.i'm praying hard and keeping my fingers crossed for positive cd3 results.where are u now with ur cycle?

Hi fifi! Happy New Year to you, too! I hope 2009 will be a great year for you!

Do you mean premature ovarian failure? I hope not, but if so, why do you think you might have that?

Hopefully you're CD3 numbers will come back in the normal range, so you won't have to worry about it!

Take care!
