how do you know if you are ovulating?
I'm feeling full or bloated right now. I'm also having mild cramps. I think I'm ovulating, but could it be that I'm feeling this before I ovulate or after I ovulate?
The first sign would be having regular periods. It was very clear in my case that I wasn't ovulating, since I would get NO periods at all when not on birth control.
You can monitor your cervical mucus for changes or record your BBT. After ovulation temperatures rise. If you have doubts you ovulate, your dr can run a simple blood test to check that.
how do you know you are ovulating or when you suppose to ovulate, without having to use a kit, everything just natural..
