Ohhhh yes, the wonderful bloating. I was on Femara + Injectables, then BFP. I'm 5 weeks, 2days, and, like sarge1, am now calling this my "baby bump." I tried Clomid in November and December, but took a month off after that and during that break my stomach shrank so much. I have been trying maternity pants even, because my regular clothes are so uncomfortable. But, the maternity pants are so unflattering on me this early on. I just look like a fat person!
Anyway, I'm glad someone posted this because I thought I was the only one!!!!
Oh yeah, I look 5 months preggo right now and I'm 5 weeks! It's due to the bloating from the injectibles. It's really uncomfortable, eh?

yes! I couldn't tell if it was because of all my meds, or bacause I stopped exercising because of the IVF procedure. But now I'm 4 weeks 3 days or so and I'm calling it my "baby bump". HA!
I am doing my 3rd IUI...It would have been great it I had conceived by now, but I am still hanging in there.
Well as for the experience of IUI...it is much like you would feel in a Pap smear test...you feel it when the speculum enters you...sometimes it is a lil uncomfortable when they cant find you cervix...but nothing painful. You might feel slight cramps, but that's it. Like I said there is no pain, so no pain releiving medication or anesthesia is needed. The moment the speculum is out, you feel as u did before, except sometimes bloated, some women spot a lil. But that's it....nothing to be afraid of if u have to do it. Hope this helps. Let me know what protocols you are under (if u dont want to share it in the forum, you can send me a message...I'd be happy to share my experience if I have undergone that protocol). Good luck!
yes my abdomen part filled like a balloon specially in days before period comes, ididn't try iui yet,how do u find it?&how is it working with u?is it convienient7easy or what?
I feel it too...infact I was on femara which should be out of my body by now. I got a trigger shot yesterday and IUI today...have been feeling bloated since the IUI...I can feel as it my organs have been filled with air and they are all pressuring the belly wall.
I dont think bloating is uncommon
