cycle buddies for April ICIS or IVF????

well ladies i look to you once again,
I have my appointment with the ICIS doctor on Weds, AF due 1st April so hopefully starting ICIS then im really looking for some cycle buddies, This will be my 1st time trying fertility treatment so would be nice to get some experiences off you ladies as im a little scared as to whats coming. Im also sooo excited i cant tell you!! well its now been 3cycles since my M/C in Nov im just releaved all the stress has been taken away from TTC as all i can think about is seeing that BFP once again, Iv now had 4 pregnancys 2 miscarriages & 2 ectopics so hoping baby 5 will be a super sticky one!!

Hey!!!  Lots of luck and baby dust to you on your IVF cycle.  I will be starting my second cycle very soon!!  Just had my baseline ultrasound today and am about to start BC.  I'll start my stim meds around the 24th!

Thankyou so much for your reply, Hopefully the docs will have made a decision within the next 2weeks iv only waited a week and its killing me already lol. Hopefully if i do get accepted im entitiled to 2 cycles so im hoping weather it be the 1st or the 21st i get that BFP and they get lots of eggs.
Aww congratulations on your pregnancy you sure do have a inspiring story and i hope you have a very healthy 9months.

Hi Amy, I want to wish you all the luck for your next IVF treatment, please stay positive and don't worry, your turn will come soon and hopefully in your first try.
I just want to give you hope by telling you my story, I have had 11 failed IUI and 3 failed IVF, I finally got pregnant on my 4th IVF attempt done early February, I am considered 9 weeks pregnant now, did my ultrasound and her baby's heartbeat I am not off the hook yet until 12 weeks but at least I am trying to stay positive and feel pregnant and I do wish you will feel it too in April, lots of baby dust.

First of all thankyou for your reply,
I was suppost to be starting treatment in Nov when i had a positive pregnancy test, unfortunatly i miscarried at 5w6d so was asked to wait 3 cycles before requesting treatment, Iv been for my appointment today and the consultant has said my file has got to go up infront of a board of consultants to see if they will fund it as iv had 2 pregnancys in 2years (1 m/c 1 ectopic) so i now have to wait 3weeks for them to make a decision he said he thinks there going to ask me to wait 6months as IVF/ICSI is only funded if you have no pregnancys in 2years so this is now going to be one hell of a wait :-(( I also found out today i have (in the docs words) " slightly low" ovarian reserve mines 11.63 he said for my age it should be 16 or over im absolutly gutted we have been seeing specialists for about 4 years now and no-one has ever mentioned this to us.
I have all my injections from last year theyve given me Menopur & Cetrotide 0.25mg and Pregnyl.

So now its just wait and see for me, I wish you the best of luck with your next cycle

First of all,wishing you all the very best. I had ICSI done in Jan 2011(miscarriage at 5 weeks).I am going for my next cycle in around may/June.So far it has been a roller coaster ride(a li'l too bumpy).Have you been to the information session yet.Too many injections and a lot of internal scan is involved but once you start you will get use to it.They were painful in the beginning but later on i was taking all with ease.My advice to you would be take it with ease and relax.Keep your self happy,and you will be blessed with joy.
