day?

Hi All so good to be able to talk to someone who has or is going through the same as me, i had a blastocyst transfer on day 5 so does that mean i m on day 5 now or 10 confused? had a bit of spotting today and getting really worried  its my first icsi got my pregnancy test on 21st nov.  my boobs have been really sore but not anymore so hard not to worry but seems like a lifetime away until preg test. xx

I'm not 7dp5dt and some cramps that come and go.. more twinges. Not strong like a period. No implantation bleeding this time but saw nurse this morning for bloodwork and she said that was totally fine. Everything sounded good. Had blood drawn for progesterone check this morning to see if I keep with injections and same dose.  My beta is Nov 22, my anniversary. Hoping we are celebrating more than 5 years :-)

Feel totally fine. BBs are a little sore off and on but I know it's a result of progesterone. Otherwise, totally normal and a whole lot of crazy.

The spotting and sore boobs are definitely a good sign. Try to stay positive and keep us posted! :)

Also I had spotting on day 6 and 7 after my transfer, and it ended up being implantation bleeding...good luck!!!!! :).

Ere is a breakdown day by day by day as to what your embies are up to :). Hope it helps :)

5-DAY TRANSFER:
-1dpt ..embryo is growing and developing
0dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
1dpt....Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
2dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
3dpt.. Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
4dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
5dpt.. Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells
6dpt...Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
7dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
8dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
9dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

The day after your transfer is day 1. For example, I had my transfer last Friday so today is 5dp5dt.  Worrying is part of the game. Believe me. It's torture but think happy thoughts and take care of yourself and RELAX... as much as one can during the dreaded 2ww.
