femara and ovidrel

This is my first cycle using femara and the ovidrel shot.  I am currently in my 2ww.  I took a hpt just to see if I would get a false positive to see if the ovidrel was still in my system.  It has only be 7 days since the shot and I got a bfn.  Did the shot not work?  Do I still have a chance to get a bfp?  Should I be worried?  Can anyone share their experiences positive or negative?  Thank you so much, Cindy

you could have processed it faster. how long did you hold your pee before you took it? try again tomorrow. one time i got a BFN, then a BFP, then a BFN in 3 consecutive days. good luck :)
