My ultersound says no dominant follicle in day 11 of my cycle. Does it mean I can't be pregnant?
Well, if there's no dominant follicle yet then it sounds like you won't be ovulating soon. Whether you ovulate later or not at all, I'm not sure. Are you undergoing a treatment cycle or are you just checking for a natural cycle?
