hello everyone,
Does anyone have been restricted to some food after IUI treatment???
I am just curious as my OB advised me not to eat red meat and seashells.

No deli meat (turkey, roastbeef, etc ) unless heated, no raw fish, no swordfish (It has tons of mercury), no raw meats, no unpasteurized cheese like brie, no alcohol, no coffee (only 100mg a day), lots of fruits and vegetables and more importantly: PLENTY OF HUGS AND KISSES from hubby and comedy shows on TV!!!! :)

GOOD LUCK!!!

I think (going by my own knowledge) he meant uncooked or rare meat, the meat has to be well done no blood. As for seafood, sometimes seafood can contain bateria that can cause food poisoning.
