im on my second lot of ivf and it,s day eight after i had my eggs put back in and my embryos are actually 12 days old i had my trigger shot on the 6th may and it is now the 18 i want to get really excited about my 2 posative pregnancy tests but how accurate will they be at my stage now can i actually say yes i,m pregnant or cd they actualy be false readings i,m confused and really don,t know what to think ive lost two babies and had a failed ivf treatment this is really my last chance of having my own baby and i don,t want to get my hopes up just for them to come crashing down again xxxxxxxx

Totally normal in early pregnancy.

i dnt even think leeds do a blood test i just have to take a urine sample in and they test it but tonite i hav had real bad period pains r they normal to get these xx

Oh man, they make you wait until the 28th to get the blood test? That's going to be a long 10-day wait. Well, in that case, and since you're using the pregnant/not pregnant ones, I would probably just do what cheekyhalf suggested and wait a few days and test again.

well ive used those clearblue pregnancy tests and last nite and this mornin they both said pregnant 1 to 2 but i go back to leeds on the 28th may for it to be confirmed xxx

When is your blood test? Sounds like a positive to me, since it's been 12 days from trigger, but I understand not wanting to get your hopes up. If you have a lot of tests, you could always continue testing every morning to see if the line stays nice and clear or starts to get more faint...but it sounds like it's the real deal to me! So you are 8 dpt, I would wait another couple of days Hun before testing again. It may be ( not definitely, but could be) your trigger shot, they say 10 days to allow it to clear from your system and I know today is day 12, but your embys have only been in there for 8 days, so hang on in there...cple more days and hopefully you will confirm for sure your BFP :o) loads of luck xx
