BFN and no AF yet?????????????

Hello Ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  
usually I am 30 to 31days cycle.  AF supposed to show up on wed the 16 but no sign yet for her. took hpt on thu it was neg, but my  breast are slightly swelling and sore since monday , and today the first day that I feel the sore of my breast little bit better it doesn't heart that much . My lower back pain coming back and forth for the last couple of days .
so what do think Ladies should I do??????????

Not having AF could be from stress....  On cycle i was stressed out TTC and my cycle long to 36 days.  

The only to comfirm you are prego or not is have blood work done.  Trust me, each of us have to face disappointment monthly when we take HPT.  The best part is you are able to pull yourself out and try again next cycle....  

If you have white discharge, maybe you have infection that cause AF not show up.  call your doctor and come in the check all that along with blood work.

No I didn't take any test today, I don't want to have the same disappointment  every time. I am keeping my hope very low. I think I will wait until monday at least if nothing show I'll go to my doc.
and onther thing I notice that I have been having a white disgarge this whole week, isn't suppose to be dry before AF, is that normal????

Have you tried taking an HPT today??   I have a friend that was a week late with AF and she had negative tests until 10 days after AF was due... I think she must have O'd late that month (she didn't do opks that month) but yea i agree with babyblue07, i'd get a serum beta to make sure.. and then if still no AF you can take progesterone to get AF here and get the show on the road! good luck!
