Thanks I couldn't agree w/you more. I am going to give a call monday and have them do it whether they like it or not. All this anxiety and stress isn't going to get me pregnant either. I am just making my situation worse:(. You have been so helpful, I can't thank you enough.
hey...if you are really nervous...monday call your doc and go in for an u/s...they will be able to see if you have a cyst (but don't get worried!) or see if you have produced a lot of follicles, which can lead to your discomfort. Probably just your body getting adjusted to your first round of the clomid. your doc doesn't sound like he/she was too concerned when you talked to them friday...but don't hesitate to do what is best for you and what will ease your mind regardless of them saying it is all ok...do the u/s...
were you on clomid when you get the cyst? I am scared:(
Thanks perhaps you are right. The video was helpful, I just worry too much! It makes sense. I hope I don't have OHSS. I am bloated and in pain. Its not excrutiating....I usually feel pain the day I ovulate anyways w/out clomid or any drug so this is the same pain I normally feel it has just started earlier and lasted longer so far and yet no ovulation yet. Crossing my fingers for tomorrow to get O. Thanks for the video link I found that helpful as well.
Oh, also I had the very same symptoms my first month on Clomid. I became very lazy and lethargic. Just felt yucky. I too had the o pain, lots of cramping. Each month my body has gotten more accustomed to it and now I'm feeling much better and barely feel anything when I ovulate. If you had a OHSS typically the pain is excruciating, and your belly gets extended and bloated. I get my surge on cd 13 every month since being on Clomid.
Watch this video and it'll explain how the egg leaves the ovary and travels down the fallopian tubes to the uterus. This process takes about a week. So, this would explain why you feel o pain for several days. Here's the link. Enjoy.

It is possible that you may have a ovarian cist. That happened to me, totally harmless and goes away on its own. If it does continue I would call your Gyno and they will check it out via ultra sound.
