Still have HCG in my system - DAMN!

I went and bought cheap dollar store tests and peed on one. Still positive. DAMN! I was hoping since my last HCG a week ago was 86.5 I would be wayyyy down. I stopped bleeding. The $ store tests didn't even pick up until I was around 50. So - DAG NABIT!!! **** **** ****!! Sorry needed to vent.....

Hey there....  It took me about 6 weeks after my m/c to be at "zero" again....  UGH!  It was SOOOOOOOOOOOO  long....and each week I had to go in, do a blood test, only to find out that I still had HCG in my system.  But, then I conceived after my 2nd period after that and now have a baby girl!  Keep your chin up!!!  It sucks....but it gets better.

I'm so sorry it wasn't so low the HPT couldn't read it.  I found out I have a form of GTD but it's not cancerous.  My RE called and told me I had a partial molar pregnancy...at least I think that's what he said.  He said they caught it before it was cancerous.  I have to be put on birth control pills for the next 5 months.  We can ttc in Aug.  I'm bummed but I'm glad it's not cancer....

Oh man! BCP's? That sucks! But at least the GTD wasn't cancerous. Anything else they are going to do about the GTD? Or anything they can do?

chin up --- im right there with you....i had a HPT done at my doc yesterday and it too came back positive...im waiting for the nurse to call and tell me what my levels are

my doc said depending on the level they might bring me in weekly for a test and follow it down til its 0

my bleeding stopped 3 days ago

Did you get pregnant the first time after IUI or naturally? What m/c that was? Ectoptic?
