negative result

hello iam new to ivf i had a 3dpt with2et on 05-10-10 and iam on 2ww  having all the symptoms of pregnancy tender breasts Feeling fatigued  morning sickness.  Did a hpt on 9th day which was neg, on 10th day beta test and came back neg.  Could it have been too early for the beta and the results from the beta wrong?  Has anyone had any experiance with this?  Should I stop taking the meds? can someone answer this pleaseeee.

I agree with krichar, if the blood test came back negative, it is most likely negative. And yes, your doctor should advise you as to when to stop the meds, but I was always told to stop the day of BFN. Sorry :(

the transfer was fresh not frozen

You did your transfer on 5-10-10?  So, you are 10 days in right?  Test again tomorrow, or Sunday... Maybe it was too early.  Was your transfer a fresh transfer or frozen?

I am so sorry but if the blood test came back negative it is most likely negative. If you are on progesterone it causes the same side effects as pregnency. Ask your RE what you should do. Usually when the test comes back BFN you stop the meds
