Hi, I watched mindless TV and a lot of comedies during the 2ww. Read books like shopaholic as I did not want anything serious or anything which would make me think. BTW, I went through IVF
Umm, this is probably the wrong place to look for people w/ suggestions of not obsessing over the computer during the 2WW, lol!
Seriously though, I am trying to meditate every night for at least 15-20 minutes, I think it helps (it could all be in my head though.) I turn on my ocean sounds and relax and focus on breathing and clearing my thoughts. Also, I like to read, it's a great escape! Other people clean, but that's too productive for me ;-)
Good question... I haven't figured that one out yet! LOL
I've tried to do other things but the whole time I am honestly thinking about what's possibly going on inside of me & could this or that be a symptom... I should go research it to see if this or that is normal & who else did it happen to... Blah blah blah!!! LOL
I swear this ttc thing is litterally driving me crazy :-)
i do yoga to forget about ttc. Or find a good book and sit outside and relax. At least you don't have too much longer, good luck SSBD to you!
