one blocked tube

I have one blocked Fallopian tube one the right side and I always have ovulation pain on the right is it possible I only ovulate on one side? I've been trying to get pregnant for a while now.

Yeah I was wondering about fertility drugs I was just unsure when They usually come into play and even if they would help in my situation ty.

I guess it is possible, but probably unlikely. An RE (reproductive endocrinologist would be able to monitor your cycle and let you know for sure which side has the dominant follicle each month. If you've been trying to get pregnant for a while, you could aways ask for an ovulation-inducing drug like clomid (which is just a pill you take for 5 days in the beginning of the cycle). That would increase your chances of ovulating from your good side, since it often produces more than one mature follicle. Best of luck!
