For some people they do but I suggest you follow the instructions that come with the Opks you buy because each one is different. For my monitor they have me pick a 6hr window and I can choose which ever one I want to test in between and it's the first urine of my longest sleep, I've tired the testing thing twice a day, but I found it gave me the same results

So only one time a day is good? I heard you should test throughout the day to get more accurate results, is this true?

Clear blue is the best, I actually have a monitor that I use and they have me start testing CD9 because I don't ovulate till after that time so and you use first urine of the day is the best

Clear blue digital ovulation test is the best to use. Start testing about 3 days after period finishes with first morning urine.
