There are many symptoms and signs which may indicate that you have ovulated.There are a number of natural fertility signs and indicators that can give you a high degree of likelihood, that you have indeed ovulated .A basal body increase is a very clear sign you've ovulated. It may be accompanied with physiological symptoms like ovulation cramping or midcycle pains, ovulation spotting etc.Ovulation prediction devices, changes in cervical mucus and location of cervix are other indicators of fertility. If ovulation has taken place it can be verified through ultrasound at your doctor's office. Keep me posted.

oh ok well i know lately i had some cramping going on i suppose to get my period by the 22 of this mnth
