Hello Ladies-
I am undergoing FET on Saturday. I have read about eating pineapple and taking a baby aspirin helps in implantation. How much pineapple and how long? Any suggestions to aid in implantation would be helpful?

It is the core that is where the enzyme is. The instructions I followed- fresh pineapple- cut into 5 slices. I would then cut each slice because the core is dense. Then I ate a piece a day. Just got my bfp today! The same enzyme is also in Brazil nuts. I am on aspirin per re orders, I do not know about taking it otherwise.
Also, consider acupuncture. My RE's office recommended it and gave me an approved list of acupuncturists who did fertility work.
