Progesterone and Lining

Does anyone out there know what the 'cut off" for lining thickness is for being perscribed progesterone? Thursday I had u/s and trigger shot and my lining was 9.1.  The past 2 cycles I was told to use progesterone suppositories, but this cycle not told to. I still have some from last cycle and thought about using them anyway.  Can you have too much progesterone that would make the lining to thick?  We had our IUI today, Saturday and I am already stir crazy wondering is the cut off 9? 8? Any help setting my mind to ease would be greatly appreciated.

your lning is built by estrogen
( i know someone who had 13!)

the progesterone is supposed to be timed to the exact time your corpus luteum would be releasing it to sustain the uterine lining (a normal pregnancy the corpus luteum releases progesterone after the egg is released from the follicle )  so timing is critical
ask them why no supplement this time?
I have had diff docs assign diff forms but I have always had it

Hopefully you doc. is doing blood test and they test your progesterone.  Maybe your body is producing it on your own.  My doc. want my lining 7 and higher.  I think 9.1 is perfect.  Mine is 10 and he is very happy with it. Sticky thoughts, Elizabeth

I believe that doc's want to see your lining at 8 or higher although I know someone who got BFP with 7.5.  Anyone will tell you that 9.1 is very good.
Good luck to you this cycle!
