You might want to start the prenatal vitamins and track your ovulation. Be sure to have sex right before and when you ovulate.
Good luck! :)
i also read taking prenatal vitamins will help. and even if it doesnt its a good idea to take them when ttc. because that way you're preparing your body nutritionally for a baby. i've also been looking around that it may help hormones get in order which in turn might help ovulation. have you tried ovulation kits (opks). if you have a dollar store in your area it might be a good idea to try if you have not. and if you need someone to talk to i'm here.
Yes I have spoken to my doctor and she just told me that everything checks out good it just could take time and patience since I was on bc for so many year's. Just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions that I could do differently cause I also heard taking prenatal vitamins could help but didn't know if that was true.
i also agree with brittanie_may talk to your doctor
Have you gotten a period since you got off of bc?
From my personal experience i went a year and 4 months after getting off bc. My system has been messed up since being on bc and has made it hard to conceive, even when i had periods again.
