When can start having sex after IVF

Me and my husband stopped having sex 3 day before egg retrieval till now, we were scared to do anything and in any case i was cramping. we just received the blood test results on Monday, 6 July....it came back positive....my husband is so happy that i am pregnant such that he even doesn't wanrt us to have sex, he say we must wait till my first scan which is in 3 weeks time.....and to be more on the safe side, he was suggesting that we wait for 3 months just to make sure we don't mess things up. So i just wanna find out from the ladies as to when is it safe to start having sex after a successful IVF?

I've been having a sensual/sexual-relationship w/DH since 3dp det/ivf.  We don't have intercourse, bc Dr. informed us not to.  But, DH & I can't stay apart from each other, for too long, since we met.  You'd be surprised at all of the things you can do w/each other that don't involve intercourse.  DH relaxes me more.  Take care & ~SSBD2AA~
