33 is a good number, as is 43.6.
See other note on foreverpoppy's thread about what the progesterone is doing for ya'll. I copied some info off wikipedia so that I wouldn't get it wrong. Basically, progesterone sets up the environment and is then generated by the placenta. You want good numbers, and if they stay high...then the probability of pregnancy is high (so around the time of menstration, if your progesterone doesn't drop, you won't menstruate).
Keep the faith, maybe you both will have good news soon.

I'm in with you. I had my progesterone level tested today which is cd 24 and 7dpo. Mine came back at 43.6! I'm so excited! She told me i can do a hpt on saturday and then wait til af shows (which she wont ;) or having ablood test next wednesday. this week is gonna take forever1
i am so confused...i am new to all of this clomid, testing, counting, and the such. I had a color change on my ovulation kit. I went to the doctor today and my serum progesterone test came back as a 33! My doctor's office said to wait until next Tuesday to see if i'll menstrate or to check for pregnancy. I am clueless!!!
7-9 dpo is the time progesterone is at its peak...
Ideally you want it 7 days after ovulation, 5-9 days is the range. I believe a level of 10 or above is what is looked for. Anything over 2 indicates you have ovulated.
