hi. i have sharp pain along the side of my stomache. both sides.  starts a bit higher than my ovaries and stretches to mid stomach. its like a line of sharp pain. comes and goes. its annoying but tolerateable. both sides. i took clomid early this month to get pregnant. and then on the 21st, i got the hcg hormone injection to make sure i ovulate. on top of that i have pcos. i dont knwo if that could be the reason. any ideas? i have crazy gas problem too now.

I'm sorry I know how that sucks.  I usually never cramped on clomid until this past month.  But since you're taking injectables it could be from the combination.

I had lots of sharp pains last month after taking clomid and ended up with a BFP.

It sounds like a combination of all of the above.  Typically gas causes sharp pains.  Try boiling some gingerale (stir out most of the bubbles) and then drinking it like a hot tea.  That helps the gas (and the pain)  I believe I was told I could take Gas X too.
