Do you have to be pregnant already to get prenatal pills?? Me and my fiance have been trying to conceive for a while now... we will try anything.... also I've been having spitting spells on and off for about 2weeks but my period isn't set to still until saturday... does that mean anything??

You can take prenatal pills before pregnancy I am taking them now and have been for awhile. I would suggest that you wait till you miss your period then take a test. Have you and your fiance got checked out to make sure everything is ok??. If not I would go get some test done just to make sure. I been trying for 2 years and waiting for my BFP.  Maybe ask your doctor about clomid it helps you ovulate. I am taking them but I ovulate on my own but by gyno gave me them to give my eggs that extra boost.  Doesn't hurt to get checked or ask your doc questions.  Good luck☺
