It is possible to have surgery to remove a uterine septum, if the doctor suggests that is why you are not getting pregnant. But usually when someone has a heart-shaped uterus, the issue the doctor is worried about is not conception but the possibility of miscarriage. (It is not that high of a miscarriage risk, but doctors do worry.) Talk to your doctor about surgical options or ask him to refer you to another doctor. The retroverted part is not that big a deal, elevate your hips after sex and the sperm should find a way in.
