temp question

Hi,

Take a look at my tracker please!  This is the first month I have done bbt.  I did not take clomid this cycle because it hasn't worked for me.

I alo had a dip this morning but I didn't sleep well last night, can that cause my temp to be low?

I had a dip in temp before it was rising for a few days, does that mean I Oed on cd18 or cd19?  So confused

And help would be appreciated!

To me it looks like you might have Oed on cd19. As long as your temp stays at least .01 (I think) above that BBT then you should be looking good. Remember if it stays up for 18dpo then there is a very good chance to find a BFP.

Good Luck!!

Sorry I was out for a few days and off my feet due to gout attack.

Normally you would want to take your BBT after having at least a good 8 hours of sleep.  If you find that you did not sleep well that night it can affect your BBT.   A good sign of ovulation is a dip and three consecutive increased temperatures after wards.  If you do OPK's you will find that normally you will see the surge the day after your BBT dip.

You should start seeing a pattern after you have done BBT for a few months and you will start being able to read what your body is doing without even having to temp.

Good luck and if you have any other questions feel free to contact me hopefully I can help.
