trigger shot
I went for a utlrasound to c how big my fol were I had 3 of them 20,23,24 dr said they were great size... That was done on my 12th day of my cycle.. He did give me my trigger shot and told me that I would ovulate 36 hours from the time i had the shot... So he told me to have sex friday nite 12/1am and then again saturday morning...My question is how does he know i will not ovulate earlier.. And the other question is will all 3 eggs be released... I wanted to have sex as soon as i got the shot but my husband is out of town will b home just in time friday nite...
Im on femara 5mg... I take it on my 3 day of my cycle for 5 days and I take metformin bc I have psco.... Clomid dont work for me...
WHen i do iui my re/dr alwasy does it exactly 36 hrs later. we do have sex the night i give myself the trigger shot. u should be fine. the egg lives for 24 hours.

when i get my shot, i get my IUI the following day. My doc tells me it takes into effect within 24-36 hrs....
