Hcg level didn't double

Dear Dr, I am currently 5w3d, after my 3rd IVF. However 4 days ago I had a little brown spotting. The ER did an Hcg level which had risen from 2042 to 9498, they didn't see anything on ultrasound. Yesterday I had my Hcg taken again, it was only 12021, not even close to doubled.
Today i had an ultrasound, and saw a fetal sac showing 5w5d, and a yolk, 1.8mm. Dr thought he could see the fetal pole, but it wasn't clear.
Should I be concerned about the non doubling Hcg levels? How optimistic can I be at this point?

Thank you for your time.

Do not give up!
The fact that they saw a sac and a yolk this early its a very good sign.
beta numbers can be tricky.
My RE stopped checking Beta numbers after the first U/S showed a sac and a yolk.
Good luck and keep us posted!
