trying to have a baby

I was on the depo shot for 4 years then i switch the patch ive been off the patch now for about two months my periods seem to be back to normal now but im concerned because I'm try to conceive  my period tracker says that i had my fertile days rhe 26th-31 of October i had sex the 31st . Now im wondering how long i should wait to test and if there is anything i  else i should be doing to help me get pregnant .T.i.a.

Oh I've been regular for a few months, i didn't want to be back on any birth control so I took natural supplements which helped me :) thank you.

Brittanie try going on the patch or pill for a couple months sso it will regulate your periods then once they are back to normal you should have better luck conceiving

I was on depo for 3 years, I stopped taking it almost 2 years ago and me and my hubby haven't had any luck yet. You can take prenatal vitamins, I've heard folic acid helps not sure if it's true. You can test as soon as you miss your period but I've been 7 days late before, everyone is different so good luck!
