I am so sorry! I can totally relate to your frustration since a cyst postponed my ivf by about a month as well and I was taking b/c for 8 weeks. Sometimes, it just feels like the hurdles never stop. I hope your cysts will clear in a month. (hug)
I wanted to thank both of you for your advice. The waitting is hard and now that I have to wait longer sucks. We been trying for a long time and I feel like time is flying by especially that I turn 33 on Sunday.
I am sorry. I have had my plans blow up in my face before also. I have had everything perfectly planned with time off just like you and had to cancel my cycle too. It is so frustrating. My advice is to try to plan working but make time for afternoon massages and acupunture. It will keep you more relaxed while the world still keeps moving. I also try to take on less work or if I can't tell myself that I am just not going to worry if my work is not perfect. I don't know what you do, but sometimes you can get an intern to help you with some jobs (for free) for a few months to take a load off. You have to be honest with co-workers and tell them that the months or weeks that you are going through this have to be as low stress as possible and if they can help take a little off of you that you will pay them back later. This is a family and it is the rest of your life. It is more important than anything to you.
I"m so sorry to hear about your cysts... this whole ttc thing is such a test of patience!!!! which I have never had any of in the first place, but being out cycles is sooo frustrating!!! Well sounds like yall have a good game plan in place though so thats great!!! i hope that it all works out perfectly and you get your BFP soon!!! Drink some wine and coffee and good luck and keep us updated!
