please help

need help
Hello, ive recently had an ectopic pregnancy which they unfortunatley had to take my right tube an my left tube is fine but i also have polycystic ovaries. i went bac to the fertility clinic today an theyve told me its gona b twice as hard to concieve naturally so dr said my best chance is ivf, but my partner has a child we dont no is his for definate but his payin csa so i wanted to know what r the chances that we r eligible for ivf an also how do the ivf/nhs people find out uve got a child if i lied???

PLEASE HELP, i dont no what to do an its reli upset me, weve been tryin to concieve for 2 years

no the child is from a one night stand. we told the fertility clinic when we first went which was yr an half ago we didnt have any child which we didnt. we only foun out few months ago when my partner got a csa letter through the door. would they find out he had a child if we didnt mention it?

Does the child live with you and your partner?  Are you married?  If you are not married and the child is not yours then i think you should be eligible.
