Fibro

What are the symptoms of Fibro? For many years I have had mild to severe pain that is constant 24 hours. My back hurts teeibly and my muscles and joints hurt to the point of straining to walk and stand. I have IBS, endo, recurrent cysts, bladder problems, head pressure, numbness and tingling. I have had a couple doctors tell me to go see a specialist to be tested, and know my insurance is up to date so what kind of doctor do I go see? Is there a specialist or an arthritis dr or Nuerologist? Thanks for everything.

There are many different symptoms, and everyones are different. Your best bet is to search the web for fibromyalgia symptoms & find out how many you have.
I think the best doc you should go to is a rheumatologist.
Mine started about 24 years ago & I was misdiagnosed for that long. I was finally diagnosed in January. This flare up has been the worst for me it has lasted for 9 months so far. It got so bad that the doc put me off of work.
Mine started in my neck & shoulders up to the base of my skull. It then went into my spine it was like an electrical shock up my spine, into my butt, down my legs. It tends to move from spot to spot. Today your back could be bad, tomorrow it could be your neck, the next day your hands, the next your hands & back. Like I said it is different for everyone. Your best bet is to see a rheumatologist.
Hope you get some relief soon.
