Any other Men with Fibro DX??

Hi, My name is mike.  I am 33 yo male.  I have been suffering from cronic pain for over a year now.  At first i thought i was having heart problems.  After 5 er trips (in a month), 3 cardiologist appts with MANY tests.  MRI's, CT scans, tons of blood work and i mean tons, chiropractors, physical therapy, MEDS, MEDS and more MEDS, and a 911 call, and about 75 other doctor visits.  My current doctor thinks i have fibromyalgia.  

My pains include, jaws, arms, legs, abdomen, hands, fingers, back, shoulders, neck, headaches (on occasion), tingling in arms, shoulders, neck, legs, chest (ribs i guess), anxiety issues, insomnia sometimes and im sure ive missed something.

What was found after all my tests was Acid Reflux, some slightly bulging disks in the C-spine area, high blood pressure caused by anxiety (controlled by meds).  Every heart test came back ok.  And i have had everything from EKG's to CT angiogram.  I do have a problem with health anxiety and am taking a couple of things as needed for anxiety.

I would like to know if there are any other males out there with Fibro that can relate to my pains and maybe some of my experiences.  I am not new to MedHelp.  If you would like you can look at my other posts to get a better idea of what ive gone through in the past 14 months.

Thanks for your reply.  I really didnt put in the quick muscle fatigue until i read it in your post.  Im not sure where the fibro tender points are.  I do however know that i have some tender spots on opposite side of forearms, Just under the base of my skull on both sides of spine, stiffness in hands and fingers, sometimes some tenderness under jaw line or under chin also, deltoid muscles on both arms. and in shoulders.  Im not sure of any other means to test for fibro.

I am 34 male no dx, but i suspect fibro. For the last 6 months i have had similar issues.
- intermittent pain all over (usually does not last more than couple of hours).
- intermittent jaw pain
- lower back stiffness/pain
- muscles seem to tire quickly - sore hands lifting plate for a couple of minutes, but no loss of strength.
- muscles/joints feel stiff/sore in the morning - but no real swelling.
- have had head CT scan, head and c-spine MRI, lots of blood tests - Dr. and neuro cant find anything.
- booked for EMG test.
- i do not have much sensitivity at the tender points.

My question to you - do you have sensitivity at the fibro tender points?
