first of all you need to speak to your doctor and find out if you actually do have cfs. This can be a long process but it would be better to find out for sure - at least then yo would know if the muscle and joint aches are definately coming from it and not from another problem with your muscles and joints. also i have cfs and constantly have the same pains, unfortuately i have not found anything other than the usual prescription drugs that really help. Some herbal meds slightly help and massage can ease the pain too but nothing seems to take it away better than painkilling drugs.
