I need your help for my 10 year old

I am grasping at straws at this point.  My 10 year old has just been released from the hospital after being in a childrens hospital for 15 days. We have been battling for 2 1/2 years, five different diagnosis, and no answers. She has extreme pain and swelling in both her feet. They can't be touched at all on the top. She walks with the assistance of a walker. She tires out easly. After spending so long at Egelston CHildrens Hospital, with some of the top notch neurologists from Emory University, it was said she has Periphrial Neuopathy with no known cause. It's even been asked if it was phycological. I have seen her on her worst days and there is no way that this is in her head. She's been diagnosed with, Fibromyalga, Polyarthritis, CFS, Myofacial pain syndrom, RSD, RLS. None of this has made since. My mom was talking to me about mold and mildew and reminded me that we once lived in an old farm house that had lots of mold and mildew since she was born. We have been out of that house for 5 years now. We had lots of the sinus infections, bronchitis, and pheumonia growing up. ANd now this. Could Mold cause these things and if so what do I do from here?

Is your daughter any better now? I recently saw one of those mystery diagnosis shows on tv where a man had similar symptoms for many years. He was finally diagnosed with a metabolic disorder, I cannot remember which one and there are many rare ones. Check metabolic disorders for symptom matches.

Here's another document on the topic. Of course I believe CFS isn't the only illness that can follow a toxic or mold exposure. A toxicologist I know agrees with me... he's seen many people who have had unexplained or inflammatory conditions after an exposure.

I'm sorry to hear what your daughter is going through... and all of you, for that matter. In my opinion, molds or other toxics can cause an illness. And there is some evidence to back this up. I pulled this from my community:

Q: Have you seen evidence in some patients that CFS can be caused by exposure to things such as mold, or other environmental toxins?

Dr. Bell: Yes, mold and environmental toxins can definitely cause or initiate ME/CFS. Somehow toxins affect the cytokines in a way similar to the classic mononucleosis infection to set off the illness
