D'oh! Third one down should read "get out", of course.
Hi there...great Poll. I work part-time and go out then, otherwise I pretty much stay at home. Due to both FMS and RSD I can only walk a bit, then must sit and prop my leg up to relieve the pain.
hi,i don,t work any more, i allways go out on a saterday afternoon, the rest of the time my pain levels dictate when i can go out and when not to, and that changes by the hour , minutes on a bad day, lol take care
I go out when I really feel like I can walk a little. I usually have to force myself to get up and put my t-shoes on and get out of the house. I don't go any where without my cane, it's become my new best friend.

I have to push myself but my energy level is great compared to some people....this past year it has depleted a whole lot......I am 55 yrs. old......and because of the muscle loss I am not able to garden, lift and take walks like I did previously......
I basically wake up in the morning and a full night of sleep (or not) and could go right back to bed for the day. I could sleep on and off all day. I make myself get up, go to work (part time) and cook, clean, etc. Whatever needs to be done, I make myself do it; however, I am exhausted and often short of breath.
I'm in the majority but the truth is, I really should not be working. I have to work but am really not well enough. This is probably what has kept me from recovering. The stress and lack of sleep are awful.
