Hello,
Many of the symptoms you described could be Fibromyalgia, but I am curious to know what type of doctor you are seeing in May. Also can you describe the popping sound you are hearing in your arm? Which part of your arm are you hearing the sound?

Yes, this pain (not sure on the pop though) is quite common with fibromyalgia. Fibro tends to go in waves and with treatment you can get periods of reduced or no pain but it is a chronic disease that stays with you. Ensure you also get your vitamin D and iron checked as low counts can also contribute to your fatigue.
