Hi there I suffer form RA. Is there anything els I can do to reduece my pain especially when I'm at work? I work in a office and I am very busy don't have much time to walk around and my back and knees really suffer. My spine is all the time hurting and its getting worse. Please help.

search www.immed.org and look under autoimmune illnesses.  then contact  www.ilads.org to find a dr near you that knows RA is a bacterial infection. (chronic intracellular bacterial infection)
