Feeling more tired than usual and achy?

Do you find that spring and summer causes your symptoms to worsen?

As the pollen/mold count changes this can result in allergic reactions that may make one feel more brain-fogged, lethargic and bring on sinus headaches.  Is this something you have experienced?

I voted yes to the feel worse during allergy season. I'm having a very hard time right now trying to get this dam flair to lighten up and it's not working. On top of the screaming and burning-cramping muscles, my face hurts so bad!!  My nose feels like I got socked in it and I can't even wear my glasses. I have tem hanging on the tip of my nose right now.....:( Thank God it's Friday is all I can say.

gentle hugs

Thanks for this one.  I had the worst sinus headache yesterday 4/16.  Talking about brain fog, yes, yes and yes.

I believe that the warm spring and summer weather causes my brain fog symptoms and fatigue to worsen. I seem to be tried a whole lot more often during really hot summer days.
