does anyone ever get chest aches and stabbing twingy pains in thier chest and have their forearms hurt down to thier finger tips

Yes, FMS effects the chest and arms too.  Deep breathing has even caused me some spasms.  Also look up Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.  To be on the safe side though you should see a doctor to rule out heart problems.
